We're working with the Turks and Caicos National Trust, the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) and local communities to develop a community vision for East Caicos - we're keen to hear what you think!

The project so far

We’ve been finding out what the people of the Turks and Caicos Islands want for future of East Caicos. We've used our Community Voice Method to capture views about this issue to form the East Caicos Community Vision. In April and May 2024, we screened the Community Voice Method film East Caicos - Our past, our present, and our future at workshops around the TCI and recorded lively and constructive discussions amongst the participants.

We're still collecting community views and are now streaming the film, along with a survey, to find out what you think. Your views, alongside those recorded in the workshops and the environmental information gathered through our surveys, will be used to inform the East Caicos Community Vision and recommendations to the Turks and Caicos Islands Government.
