What we offer
There are great benefits and rewards for you as part of our team.
Annual leave
On joining, we offer bank holidays plus 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 days with service (amounts are pro-rated if you are on a part-time or fixed-term contract).
We also close between Christmas and New Year, which is in addition to your annual leave entitlement.
Work/life balance
Our full-time working week is 35 hours. We offer Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) if you have been required to work in excess of your standard hours.
We support a wide range of flexible working practices to help you balance your role with your home life. Let us know if you’d like to manage your hours/days in some way – we’re happy to talk about how to make things work.
We give you a day off each year for your own volunteering.
We have an Employee Assistance Programme where you can find out information about your physical and mental health, well-being and financial advice, and can arrange a series of talking therapy sessions.
Our offices have a relaxed dress code.
Occupational sick pay
We seek to support our team members when they have periods of sickness. Once through the probationary period you are entitled to occupational sick pay equivalent to eight weeks at full pay followed by eight weeks at half-pay in any rolling year.
Learning & development
We recognise that people are fundamental to our success and strive to provide an outstanding and distinctive social and working environment in which employees can flourish and achieve their full potential.
We will encourage you to develop as a high-performing colleague, supporting you to meet both our strategic objectives and your personal goals.
Pension & benefits
We auto-enrol all employees into our stakeholder pension scheme after three months’ service. On a monthly basis, we will contribute 6% of your annual salary into our scheme, with you contributing 2%. You may choose to make additional personal contributions at any time.
We are part of the Cycle Scheme to help you buy a bike using salary sacrifice.
