Membership offers terms and conditions

  1. Gift membership offer valid on annual gift membership purchases with a minimum value of £60.
  2. Gift membership offer runs from Monday 30th June to Monday 14th July 2025, whilst voucher code stocks last.
  3. We reserve the right to close this offer early if supply of voucher codes runs out before the final offer date.
  4. Gift membership offer entitles the purchaser to a £30 voucher to be spent in the Marine Conservation Society Store. Vouchers received expire on 31st December 2025.
  5. The voucher code will deduct £30 from your order at https://mcsshop.org.uk/. Shipping is not included in the voucher. Additional shipping costs may be applied.
  6. Shop vouchers will be sent via email, within five working days where possible, to the purchaser of the gift membership.
  7. Physical gift membership welcome packs are only available for UK addresses. Digital welcome packs will be used for overseas purchases.
  8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the gift membership offer and these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website.
  9. Privacy: The collection and use of supporter data during the offer period are governed by our privacy policy.
  10. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the gift membership offer. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, functionality, or suitability of our digital membership service during the offer period.
  11. By signing up for the gift membership offer, supporters acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.
